Anita Barone

Barone appeared as Gail Cunningham, a chef in the Seinfeld show The Shoes from the fourth season. She coveted Elaine Benes' shoes. She was a member of the crew of Carol & Company in early 1990s, alongside actress Carol Burnett. Barone also played Carol Willick Ross Geller's ex-wife in the first time she appeared on Friends. Jane Sibbett replaced her after she left to take on an full-time position. She was on The Jeff Foxworthy Show for the first season (1995-1996) and also in The War at Home from 2005 through 2007. In 2000 Barone has also appeared in The sitcom Daddio. Barone also has a number of credits for television appearances, including Desperate Houswives Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline the City Party of Five The Larry Sanders Show. Barone has been awarded her Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award 2004 for her performance on the film One Last Ride. Barone's regular role on the Disney Channel show Shake It Up began in 2010, three years after The War at Home finished it's running. She was played by Officer Georgia Jones, the mother of Bella Thorne's CeCe Jones. Matthew Glave played J.J. Jones his former husband of Barone's character in two episodes.
