Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American-born Vietnamese entrepreneur living in the city of Orange, California. Alongside my amazing partner JP and the happy-go lucky dad Henry. Many people are familiar with me via my Instagram platform @annephung where I share my life- the good, the bad and all in between. When I was in 1990, I moved to America together with my family, including my brothers and parents as I reached the age of one and a half. If it wasn't for my parents' love of hard work and sacrifice it is likely that I would not be with you sharing my journey. Since I was confident that I would have a brighter future I set out to succeed and make my parents happy. My goal was to go to school in order to finish my studies and secure an excellent job. Then I wanted a wife and kids. My life that I planned for me was not what it turned into. In 2013, I found I disliked my corporate position. Although the salary and the status was great however, I wasn't sure if the work was satisfying. It was more like I was simply doing nothing but wasting time. The passion I have for fitness as well as my desire to socialize with people helped me pursue a new career as an instructor. This year I'll be celebrating my 7th anniversary. In 2014, I launched my own business. It is rare to find an Asian woman in this business. My aim in the industry is to help create a sustainable and healthier life style that is in line with the desires of my clients. Additionally, I'm committed to empowering others so they can reach their goals, pursue their dreams and live the life of your dreams. While my professional life was taking off, I experienced one of the biggest losses in my life- the passing of my Mom. She has won the eight-year battle with the disease. Now she's resting on Heaven, and I keep her in my heart. Even if you can't see it at first, life can be a bit elusive in giving us what we really need. The passing of my mother changed me in so many ways. I truly believe that my mom gave me a second chance at life through her passing. She died at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. The day was her chance to begin her new life. I was given a second opportunity to live the life of a fulfilled and happy. What I'm experiencing as I enter my 30s, is a feeling of aliveness and awareness. It's as if I am truly living, and not just existing. I am sharing my experiences to you with the hope that you'll be able to connect with my stories and thoughts so that you can feel secure knowing that you're not alone, for you to realize that you're more than capable of whatever you put your heart into. the fact that real love is there and therapy is not a problem and as health is the best source of wealth. My hope is that you experience life at its best and have no regrets about the end of your life. Death is our only guarantee in life.
